Area Managers in the day-to-day operation of the counter.The Assistant
Team Leader supports the Team Leader and/or Area Managers in
maximising sales, managing stock levels, merchandising and directing
the team to ensure delivery of the highest possible standards of
customer service.2. Key Responsibilities Assist in
managing and directing the team (Cheesemongers); allocating tasks,
managing breaks, monitoring standards of work, training new team
members, rostering using TMS; Help foster a positive work
environment of outstanding teamwork, mutual respect, and exceptional
morale; Follow and comply with established HACCP
procedures, cleaning routines, food safe
